Getting Around

Be aware that road conditions in Armenia differ significantly from those in the United States. The primary roads are mostly unpaved and in poor conditions. Most roads lake appropriate signage. Avoid traveling at night. Winter travel can be hazardous. Avoid roads near the Line of Contact with Azerbaijan.

Public transportation is unreliable.
