Austin, TX makes the list with Contigo. You’ll love how much of the space is an outdoor vibe, and perfect for kicking back with a brew, a good burger and crispy green beans. The co-owner grew up spending a lot of time at Contigo Ranch, and after moving away, came back to his hometown to open a restaurant. Looks like everybody loves what he’s doing.

Hell’s Backbone Grill & Farm, Boulder, UT offers ethically sourced food, has opened and closed seasons, hails from a town with a tiny population and yet they managed to make a massive name for themselves.
